Five Kilometer (3.1 mile) Run
The course winds through Laishley Park and
the Trabue Harbor Walk and ends in front
of the Laishley Marina Shipstore. Running
surface widths vary from standard road
width to a short section of a 5 foot wide
sidewalk. The run begins at 8:00 am.
Fun Walk
This approximately 4 kilometer walk winds through
Laishley Park and the Trabue Harbor Walk and
ends at the Laishley Marina shipstore. Walking
surface widths vary from standard road width to a
short section of a 5 foot wide sidewalk. The fun
walk is a non-timed, non-competitive event.
The walk begins at 8:15 am.
Awards for the 5K Run
Overall male and female winners, Masters (40+),
and Grand Masters (50+), and top 3 winners in
each age group will be awarded prizes.
Age groups are: 9 and under, 10-14, 15-19,
20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80+
Drawing
All participants in the 2nd Annual Harbor Run/Harbor
Walk are eligible for the post-event drawing. You must be
present to win. More than 30 prizes will be given away.
T-shirts
All participants will receive a
t-shirt. Pre-registered participants will get the best choice
of sizes.
